Return and Exchange Policy Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, please contact us at support@offgridgo.com. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Manufacturer's Policies
As a reseller, Off Grid Go adheres to the return policies established by each vendor.
Please Note:
- Return conditions, restocking fees, and shipping costs may vary depending on the manufacturer.
- Review the return policy for your specific product, as additional fees may apply.
Return and Exchange Instructions
To initiate a return, email us at support@offgridgo.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Item Number
- Reason for return
- Desired resolution: Refund or Replacement
Inspection Upon Reception:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was received
Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom Products
- Gift Cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- Check with your bank, as refunds may take up to 5 business days to post.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@offgridgo.com for assistance.
Order Cancellation and Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@offgridgo.com as soon as possible.
Please Note:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- After receiving the order, you may return it under the stated return policy.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and some manufacturers may charge restocking fees.
Additionally, a 3% transaction fee applies for credit card refunds.
