Return and Exchange Policy Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, please contact us at support@offgridgo.com. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's Policies

As a reseller, Off Grid Go adheres to the return policies established by each vendor.

Please Note:

  • Return conditions, restocking fees, and shipping costs may vary depending on the manufacturer.
  • Review the return policy for your specific product, as additional fees may apply.

Return and Exchange Instructions

To initiate a return, email us at support@offgridgo.com with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item Number
  3. Reason for return
  4. Desired resolution: Refund or Replacement

Inspection Upon Reception:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was received

Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Products
  • Gift Cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check with your bank, as refunds may take up to 5 business days to post.
  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@offgridgo.com for assistance.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@offgridgo.com as soon as possible.

Please Note:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • After receiving the order, you may return it under the stated return policy.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and some manufacturers may charge restocking fees.

Additionally, a 3% transaction fee applies for credit card refunds.
