Item number(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Reason for the return.
Your preferred resolution: Exchange or Return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you apre-paid return shipping label, included in your package, atno costto you. All returns must be made bymail.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed immediately.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to5 business daysfor the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
The exchange process isfree of charge, and the new item will be shipped atno additional cost.
