Standard processing time is 1 business day from the date of purchase.
Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds
Off Grid Go offers a generous180-day return windowfor most products.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Shipping and Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Backordered and Pre-Order Items
If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be indicated at checkout.
Orders containing backordered items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
